I am working on installations with moving objects. Movement is an aesthetical element to me. I am interested in how speed and temporal structure is joining emotional qualities and been searching for dynamical parts in my small systems. The installations own a lot of different components. Simple selfmade instruments will be played by motors or machines. The term „play“ refers to me as a short pulse that stimulates the specific movement of that instrument.

The machines are ambient-controlled, i am rather interested in the internal interactions. Many incidents are taken place by chance, caused by irregularities or fallibility of the objects. The correlation of movements is at times not easy to tell.

But by taking time of listening and watching one will obtain a kind of aesthesia towards the hidden logic of the system.
